Animals need to be allowed ( own two cats and two horses)
1.5+ acres is necessary. Or if not with house, no someone around that would let us graze there. No yards or arena etc needed but if on property then great!
Preferably no further out of Feilding than 10-15 mins.
Don't need a rental until about December time.
